The current offer is $99 per week per resident, with a one-week deposit of $99. Confirm availability and move-in terms with our team before making arrangements.

Residents must attend recovery meetings, such as AA, NA or similar recovery-support meetings. Please discuss your treatment history and admission eligibility with our team before applying. Montgomery House provides sober living housing; it does not advertise medical, detox or clinical treatment services.
Residents who are unemployed must actively look for work and provide proof of their job-search efforts.
The home is privately owned through Montgomery House, LLC. The $99 weekly rate is our current housing offer. For questions about financial assistance, funding or any intensive outpatient program (IOP) arrangements, contact our team before making a referral.
